Welcome to Gym Career Central (“we,” “us,” or “our”), an online fitness hiring platform based in Boston, Massachusetts. This Refund Policy applies exclusively to employers who purchase job posting packages on our platform (the “Platform”). It outlines the conditions under which refunds are available and the process for requesting them. By purchasing a job package, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. Refund Eligibility
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. Refund eligibility for employers is determined as follows:
  • Full Refund if No Job Posted:
    • If you purchase a job package (e.g., Welcome at $189, Single at $250, Triple at $650, 5X at $990 or Corporate at $1750) but do not post a job, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase amount.
    • You may request a refund within 1 year from the date of purchase. After 1 year, no refunds will be issued, and the package will expire.
  • No Refund if Job Posted:
    • If you purchase a job package and post at least one job, no refund will be issued, regardless of the package’s status or remaining posting availability.
    • This applies even if you delete the posted job or do not use all available postings within the package.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
  • Submit a Request: Log in to your employer dashboard on the Platform and navigate to the “Support” or “Refund Request” section. Complete the refund request form with your purchase details (e.g., package type, purchase date, order number) and a brief explanation.
  • Review Period: We will review your request within 7 business days of submission. You may be asked to provide additional information to verify your eligibility (e.g., proof that no job was posted).
  • Approval and Payment: If approved, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
  • Any package where a job has been posted, even if the posting is deleted or expired.
  • Requests submitted after the 1-year refund period from the purchase date.
  • Partial refunds for unused postings within a package (e.g., if you post one job out of three in a Triple package).
  • Charges for additional services or features (e.g., boosted visibility, featured listings) associated with a package where a job has been posted.
4. Limitations
  • This Refund Policy applies only to employers and not to candidates or other users of the Platform.
  • All refunds are subject to the terms of our third-party payment processor, Stripe with WooCommerce, which may impose additional processing fees or delays. We are not responsible for such fees.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we determine it violates this policy or involves fraudulent activity.
5. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy on the Platform and updating the “Last Updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the Platform or purchase of packages after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
